Demarcus chose to teach Work Based Learning (WBL) about Teamwork, through an engaging, competitive activity with three teams. Each team was charged with creating the largest stand alone tower, using only paper and tape. The task required communication, creativity, teamwork, and patience, just to name a few challenges…
